This light stays on even when I have a passenger in front seat…
I know I can look in manual but don’t have it right now…

It's telling you that there is weight in the passenger seat, but not enough to turn the airbag on. Do you have a backpack there?

Assuming it's functioning properly, that means the passenger is not heavy enough to safely activate the airbag.

Move the rest all the way back and it should come back to life / turn the airbag back on. Do this with a passenger in the seat.

So I had this same issue. How it popped up was that my passenger was jamming too hard moving the seat belt forward and back really hard and the light popped up. Took it to Toyota and they said it was a seatbelt sensor issue and it needed to be reset. The first time it was free but the other 2 times I had to pay $200 to have them fix it. It sucks but at least it is gone now.
