Looks great! What lift are you running? Are those 16x8 0 offset wheels?

Stock PRO suspension? Ignore my ignorance - does the PRO have more clearance than the Off-ROAD? I have an OFF_ROAD w/ TRD lift 2"/1.5 - same wheels (7 degree offset I believe). 265's in my opinion look way too small but I am worried about rub... No rub for you?

Lift? Are those factory TRD wheels? Tire size?

The tires are a little smaller than normal 32.6 new. I took off the flaps due to rubbing, very minor rub at full lock / flex now.

Super quiet on the road, so far great handling wet.

Can anybody confirm if a 285/75r16 will fit below the truck bed? And what I'd have to do to get it there. Fit on the spare rim?

I ordered 285/75r16 ko2's, I have a stock Tacoma and no lift. I also ordered 1.25" spacers. Should I order an uca as well? Trying to cut as minimal as possible.

I'd do a CMC before I even attempted to mount that set up on...

    You don’t need a cab mount chop with 285 75 16s
You will rub the front bumper a bit but it can be easily trimmed.

That's weird, the noise my tire made and the freshly polished CM was probably not my tire then I guess.

I can get away with just trimming the front, provided my alignment is on point (I currently have no lift)?

Plan was save up for an actual lift next year, but I need new tires in the next couple weeks. Snow. And I have 60k on the factory goodyears...

Anyways, ordered 285/75r16 Ko2's after a couple beers and a tiny bit of research last week, now scrambling to make sure things will work.

Worst case a 2/1 or 3/2 leveling kit should get me through until I can afford to drop a few grand to do it right??

    ATM my plan is:

    Stock rims

    1.25" spacers

    No mud flaps

    Trim liner as necessary.

Yes you will also need a spacer, I used 1.25…. But still don’t need a cmc.

I’m only speaking from experience, but I did spacer, a little bumper trimming, and lifted her up a few inches with a different set of springs. But if you are not flexing it I don’t see an issue

Stock suspension on tacomas are garbage for real off-roading. Cycling suspension, clearing body of the truck/cab mount, travel is terrible. After the slow evolution of upgrades I realized I had to get rid of the leaf springs to fix the back and go with the RCLT kit in the front.
RCLT kit will let you clear 35s in the front with No cmc and no fender trim. But it’s $$
