Morning! No truck testing at work today, I forgot I have class this evening right after work and can't afford to dick around with my truck here and not be able to make it to a pre-exam review. Sooooo I took my roommate's car to work. I get to check every circuit tonight after dark. Yay me

Well shit! Maybe tomorrow then… did you add anything new lights or electronics?
Probably is the battery though. Even if the original owner replaced the battery, if it was a cheap one, the timing could line up.

 

I went to Auto Zone after work, like a 10 min drive after getting jumped, and the battery tested good and started the truck three times in a row. The timing miiiight line up, but I might also have a parasitic draw somewhere like the starter, whose vents are just about the height of the water I crossed on Saturday. We'll see. It will be easy enough to test if I have a parasitic draw before pulling all the fuses.

 

That could do it too. Hopefully you get it figured out soon.

Any videos or pictures from that water crossing?

 

Yeah, I had a gopro mounted low on the door to catch the roading so I have to download all that video and trim it, see if I can make it into gifs and shorter videos to share

 

Any interest in a wolf den take over in November or December?

I'm out of town from the 2nd to 13 of December. I think starting in November I only work one weekend a month I believe. I'll have to check the calendar later.

I don't think their like aoaa. I've watched a few videos but it's been a while. They looked fairly tame.

I've been. Trails definitely vary in difficulty. Best source for trail info is to contact them directly. That's what we did. Staff at WDRSP are super helpful. Good luck

Looks like their closed for two weeks after Thanksgiving for hunting. So maybe go before or after that.
