After months of debate I decided to go with these wheels. I didn't know how the the color would go with MGM, but I don't think it looks too bad. Ended up removing the ring and keeping the lugs and emblem chrome for contrast.

I imagine someone would have advised this by now, but there's no hub issue with these wheels like there is with the 4runner pro wheels, right?

I have not experienced any hub issues with these T4R Trail wheels on the 2018 taco

Just got my 4runner trail edition wheels installed yesterday. I think they look pretty darn good, should've been a factory option imo

Grabbed these on FB marketplace for 300. The 33s are heavy and rub the stock control arms when turning at almost full lock. Going down to 265/70R17

    Starting over.......
I love the 4runner Trail wheels, I have put them on both of the 3rd Gen's I have owned.

I kept them "natural" on my Blazing Blue which I traded in Nov 2024.
    Big Blue.jpg

But when I traded it on on the Black one I picked up another set of the Trail wheels and had them powder coated in Prismatic Powders Satin Bronze Chrome with a satin clear coat. I scuffed the center cap black paint with steel wool and applied a matt clear coat from dupli-color to knock the shine off. I removed the metal ring and Toyota symbol and sanded, adhesion promoter and put Dupli-Color HWP105 Bronze Wheel paint on the plastic and it matched really well.

I just picked them up on the weekend and had Michelin Defender M/S2 in 265/70R17 installed and there is no rubbing etc on a 2023 sport with stock suspension.
