    I didn't know that was a thing. I just unplugged everything from the JBL head unit and plugged them in to the connections on the Alpine/Trail Grid Pro harness

    They told me they tune their system specifically to match what you have on your Tacoma. They asked me for the year and model of my truck, if I have the JBL or non JBL system.

    You’re referencing OEM Audio +, not Trail Grid Pro, that told you that in regards to replacing the head unit? Or, are you referencing when you first purchased the OEM Audio + system and they asked about the model of your truck, and whether or not you have JBL?

    I was referring about having your OEM audio+ system retune to match the new Alpine head unit. When I bought my OEM Audio+ with dual sub, they asked me what year and model of my truck. If I have JBL or non JBL head unit. They mentioned that they tune their system to match your head unit for the best sound.

    Thanks for posting, it reminded to chase down my white whale mod;

    a lost order, a back order, a returned set that wouldn’t stay seated flat, a credit card transaction flagged for fraud and finally, radio knobs, my most complicated mod to date, haha

    It's in the owners manual. I have a jack point in the middle front right past the skid plate.
    upload_2023-10-18_21-56-14.png
    For the rear I use the rear axle as a point.

    These were both called out in my owners manual....I looked it up after Toyota busted a drain plug on my frame due to using that area as a jack point.

    Never again with the Toyota service department. Every time I go there it's like asking to get kicked in the face. "Toyota care"...my ass

    For the factory bottle jack follow this

    For a proper hydraulic jack this will do.

    It doesn't have the OEM part number. I'm pretty sure they are aftermarket. I just want to find the correct match.
