I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
    Thank You guys!

My moose was much smaller! When we named him I said he can't have a little tiny fufu name, he needs a big strong guy's name! Here's a couple of pictures that I've never posted before.

So sorry to hear that man.
Took almost 20 years between my last pup, and Stacey. Not sure how it will go after her.

Thankfully she's all for it.... I think part of it is, she can keep an eye on whatever trouble I'm getting into.....

    Ta-da!

I like the style. I think I'm going to finish up this batch, do some boxes, and then slam out some more of these.

It's a shit 1st gen! That guy needs to get a smack upside the head for making that deal. The second post sums it up, $7k for a 1st gen with a rot hole in the roof and 515k miles on it... And it's not a project vehicle, he had to borrow money to get it!

Hah yeah I was thinking "nice..?"

There's a mindset issue as well. "I had 8500 to spend"

Not really, no. They didn't really have that if they're borrowing money

Realistically, that should have gotten him a half decent vehicle. He's now borrowed that money and will have to put a lot of money into that vehicle to keep it alive. I hope it works out for him, but man it seems like a terrible move.

I'm poking around looking for a decent commuter now, it's staggering to be looking in the $10-15k range for something very low end. But I'm also looking for lower mileage since i will pile miles on for work. I guess I haven't been looking for the half million mile Tacoma's for sale...

$7K for a truck with over a half million miles on it? WTF? I don’t understand why people pay big money for super high mileage Tacomas. Every moving part on that truck has got to be worn out. That truck should have been sold for one dollar to some high school kid to drive to and from school.

I find the best deals to come up around the neighborhood, someone just lawn selling their truck or car for like precovid prices. I considered but decided it would be a bit of a douche move to get this guys truck to just save myself money via trade in on my tacoma lmao

Too bad that is so far from me. By the time I could get there, it'd be gone. Good deal
