AZ BS Thread 4²0

I’m not sure exactly but I’m going with @singletrack_ftw who is an AZ native so he’s going to show me his good family camping spot. Somewhere about 2.5 hours NE of me, called Forest Lakes.

 

Oh yeah he knows the spots. And cool. Up next to me. Good area. Will be packed in the main area but you can get deep in some spots back there.

 

We are headed up near big lake for Saturday night. Do a bit of wood cutting and get one last camp fire night before it turns to winter.

 

Feel like this is everywhere these days.

 

It is more prevalent in forest lakes. They have all the rv camping places there, the restaurant and general store. Seems to be more of the destination for people who want to "camp" but not actually camp. Bring up the big toy haulers and have big family gatherings. But there is allot of forest back there to disappear into if wanted.

 

Just watch out for all the pineapples in Forest Lakes...

 

Thats the only reason I go there.....

 

sounds like we need to go camping. anybody roll into our camp the next morning would think a lumberjack and a sasquatch got in a fight over a Hawaiian pizza.

oops too late. I will restock before the camping trip.

 

make sure you stretch also, i learned a few moves during my unfortunate incarceration that really come in handy in smaller spaces.

 

This sounds like something I usually have to pay extra for.

 

Nothin extra, it's an all inclusive experience, just bring the Kentucky Jelly if you like that sorta thing.

(I prefer dry, biting a pillow makes me HOT!!!!!!)

 

I am more of a south Carolina butter person myself but I am to try something new.
