Too bad property taxes dont do that shit

 

There's a "delay" when prices drop but that delay mysteriously disappears when prices rise.
I protest my valuation every year and every year they tell me to pound sand. It's a tradition.

 

My property tax went up 24%. Why should I have to pay more in taxes based on value that's written down somewhere? I don't get paid anything based on value unless I sell..

 

Not to mention the fact they will never share the Calc.

 

There's a comet scheduled to slam into us sometime in April. So I wouldn't worry about paying taxes.

That would be fucking lovely. Isn't there a prop on the ballet this year about using the TABOR to lower property taxes? Haven't looked too in depth yet

Maybe we should let the tax increases stay and go to schools then…

 

It Looks as though HH lowers taxes, but at the expense of the state being able to keep all future revenue surpluses, basically doing away with Tabor.

But in seriousness, I prefer 2000 and earlier AFI for the most part and even then pretty limited. Never really dug further than that.

Dover white cliffs on the English channel
The strait is so narrow (17 miles i think)you can see France.
I couldnt capture it with my awesome iPhone, plus it was overcast and rainy, but i could see France with a naked eye.

Can't say I remember the Radio Shack smell, but I know what you mean from farm supply stores.
