Hey, thanks for the tire valve tool. Used it on a teaching tire I have at school and it yarded that thing right out bottom and all! Waiting on Colby Valves for a 5th and then I will make the change.

I spent over an hour pressure washing the north woods mud off mine and finally ran it through the car wash yesterday.

Looks good. I also took my rack off and put everything away for the winter.
Is the spare on a mount or just leaned up against the edge of the bed?

On one of the Tigerton trips I had mine strapped flat against the front of the bed and really didn't like how it blocked the view.

It is strapped on top of a box with all my recovery gear. Really don’t like when the view back is blocked. Why I don’t like the swing away. Made a mount to strap to that I can bolt to the bed on the side-the rail doesn’t work with tires this big. Haven’t installed it yet as this works a good as anything I have tried in a while. Have a great plan for the spare in the flatbed…

My MINI came with run-flat tires in place of using a spare. Can’t you just upgrade to run-flat 35s?

True, you’d have to consider an LS swap!

    Hey!

Dean (@rubbersidedown ) and I are thinking about meeting up Sunday to watch the Packers while I steal the magical bearing tool to bring it up north next weekend.

Would anyone be interested in a TW Packer party?

    They play at 3:15(?).

Also, anyone have any suggestions for a good place to meet up in-between Milwaukee and Sullivan and watch the game??

Wife and I are heading to the Holy Hill area for fall colors. If you end up near there, or on the way, we might pop in to say hi.

Definitely climb the tower if it's open. It's a great view!

Boy, I know the Packers suck this year, but I'm a little surprised at the complete lack of interest.

@rubbersidedown , if it ends up being just the 2 of us, maybe a lunch type thing would be better. Then we could watch the Packers lose from the comfort of our own couches.:crapstorm:
