Ran south into MD to pick up some Captain Morgan Spiced Silver Rum since it's not available in PA anymore. 2 handles per saddlebag plus 4 more in the trunk. Got home and changed oil and filter for the 3rd time this year. Almost 18k on the FJR so far this season

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
    Looks like transformers to me!

Be careful riding one of those. From what I hear they are addictive.

Loads of fun. My buddy has a thing for these, and it’s fun racing around the block on the Honda Elites!

I actually like the RC 390 more after riding the S1000! Then again I've always liked slower vehicles I can drive/ride hard on the street vs tip toeing around on powerful stuff.

My friend also rode it though, and now he's looking for used S1ks. :p

Woah! 2 strokes! Do they need to be registered due to their small engine size?

Gundam actually, but at least you got the giant Japanese robots vibe on it.

It would be if I didn't have to keep it a gear or two higher than I'd like to and could rev it out.

I can't wait for break in to be done!

MC Garage did a nice video on engine break in using two different methods. Have you seen it?

His is new enough that the ECU locks the max RPM's. He's forced to do the 300/500/600 whatever miles easier :ballchain:

I've already hit 8000 RPM so I don't think it's locked, it just flashes the limiter above 6500 RPM and the manual says to stay below 7500.

Yeah, the one pic has the model number on the rear panel of the bike. RX-78-2 was the original Mobile Suit Gundam, though most people might be more likely to recognize it from Ready Player One
