Look up safeTcap. They have their installers that can do it. Let's see some pictures of that rust. I live in the central Indiana area and need mine done too.

A welder/fabricator for this sort of job.

Safe T caps offer laser cut replacement parts that are specially made for easy welding.

The hard part is the labor of removal of parts and prep for welding.

I wouldn't call it 'repaired' as all they did was bolt on steel plates over it

Those body mounts are gone; quit driving that truck and hopefully don't neglect it anymore

Rust like that doesn't occur overnight

    well repaired doesnt mean right.

from what i'm seeing that things going to cost a pretty penny to replace, @Sperrunner's 96 frame could probably be shipped over and installed for as much as a shops going to charge to weld that up

I'd be curious how they attached that long repair panel section running towards the front of the vehicle. No bolts visible. Hopefully they welded the top and inside, lower edges. If so, you MIGHT be able to bridge below the cab mounts and get a few more years.

Also looks like you brake tubes may be about shot. If you decide to get the frame repaired, I'd replace those at the same time. If one ruptures while driving, the brakes will fail completely. Best case, you get slow, weeping leak.

I'm in Evansville. If you decide to sell as is, let me know. Depending on the rest of the truck, I may be interested.
