    Hello,

I wanted to get people’s opinion on the following subject.
I am currently running the 4Runner Pro sema wheels 17x7.
I am looking at the SCS BR6 wheels.
What do you guys think? Should I keep the Pro wheels or
    Go with the BR6?
Just in case for those that don’t know.
The top picture is are the Pros and the bottom is the BR6.

Aesthetics are going to be up to you, but the SEMA can technically fit more wheels sizes being 7” in width (if you wanted to do skinny 33’s, for example, are not recommended for wheel sizes above 7.5” like the SCS).

The BR6 are going to (presumably) have a wider offset as well.

I switched from SEMA’s to SCS F5’s and haven’t ever looked back fwiw.

I should have mentioned that I’m currently running 265/70/17 and plan on keeping my BFG Ko2’s with the BR6 which are 17x8.5

Looks alone, I personally like both. Also, it's hard to tell what the SCS's would actually look like on your truck without them being mounted. It's your choice, but if I had to choose, I'd go with the SCS wheel.

Those fake headlocks have been overplayed. Try looking at the F5’s. It’s a lot lighter too

Thank you all for your opinion.
The last comment from fourfourone is true.
The Sema’s, I see them everywhere.
    I haven’t seen a Tacoma with the BR6 around.

Looking at Discount Tires web site and Toyo's website, 8.5 wide rims are ok for 33 skinny. 8.5 are on upper end of the rim width range.

I feel like half the trucks on here have SEMA wheels lol. Go for the SCS wheels. The wider stance alone will look great on the truck compared to the OEM wheels.

Please forgive me for this question.
what exactly is a 33 skinny?
I know my tire size is currently a 31”
    285’s would be considered 33’s

Generally speaking a “skinny 33” is considered either a 255/85/16 or 255/80/17 iirc.

Yeah, idk where I got confused. Maybe it is because since I have the F5’s in 16” and 255/85 options are scare so I started looking at 235/85 for more skinny options? Either way you’re right about 8” rims being adequate for 255 lol
