Relatable. My daily is currently a 14 5.0 mustang.

 

I had a 16 5.0, more like I bought it for my ex under my name

Paid that thing off in 4 years and she wrecked it 2 months afterward (after I pulled it off my insurance since I had broken up with her)

The Taco I got cheap, just happened to be white

The Mustang she chose, cause I took her to buy it brand new and she had her choice of lava red, blue, black, white, etc

The Corvette I got for a steal..was a good under $60k OTD I remember that much

The C4 is white too, but that wasn't by choice exactly; got it from an old retired dude. Original owner out in Monterey.

Went with cash in hand to buy it and when he found out I was a Marine, let me have it for half of asking.

The Z is red, the RX7 is red, and my other Corvettes were all different colors. Even had a purplish one

a 260z datsun, a 2015 tundra on nitrous, single cab taco standard on 35’s, 3000gt, 07 FJ, 1984 dodge ram prospector, 2004 single cab 4wd ram with the hemi, 2015 ram dually limited, etc etc lol.

Man I be forgetting vehicles I owned my last f150 was one of my favorites of all time. A 5.0 as well. Should’ve supercharged it before selling it.


My dream car is a 240z with a stroker and ITB’s. But a 3000gt VR4 is something I’d buy if I ever hit the lottery and could buy one random vehicle to daily

Also fighting words is saying it takes actual skill to weld flux core pretty and I miss doing it.

 

Ok, I cannot for the life of me find these clamps I found about a week ago.

Does anyone know who makes the welding table top clamps that are specific to 1/4" and 3/16" tops with 5/8" holes?

The difference being that instead of just a standard round insert, it sort of 'hooks' under the table for tension in order to resist deforming holes that normally occurs on thin table tops.

 

Strong Hands maybe?
