Installed a new df seatbelt due to flashing airbag light. Had to drive 6 1/2 hours round trip to get it as it’s a discontinued part. Reset light and it’s back on-needs a new airbag nowIMG_3060.jpg

I did a pretty extensive sound deadening a few years ago. Hands down one of the best mods I've done to the Tacoma. So much more pleasant to drive on the highway, on dirt roads, everywhere. I can listen to my stereo at about half the volume now that I could prior to deadening, and I still hear everything better.

    Bummer.
Make sure that yellow plug connector is seated all the way. It can look connected, but not quite make contact

Upgraded my rtt game… Also spent some time with the surging/stutturing issue… just wish it would throw a code lol. Read as much as I can find on here, thinking either TPS, or ECT. I’ve exhausted everything else I think..

How much did that axle setup end up costing in the end?

Lol... I'm not to the end yet.

I still need axle shafts and to regear and lock the 3rd member.

I would venture to say it's in $5k area, depending on what type of locker and brand of inners.

Plus 300 for the hubs and spindles
    Plus 100 for the leafs
Plus what ever for the miscellaneous brake fittings, lines, etc
    Plus 300 for the Hydrobumps

Still need to spend about 1800 on shocks
1400 on axle shafts and 2500 on locker/regear

I really don't want to do the math.

anyone know if its worth spending almost double on an OEM engine gasket kit vs LCE or rockauto? I'm leaning towards yes but just want to be sure I'm not wasting money.

To be fair... a lot of the Ruff Stuff was Black Friday, and I also got some discounts for being one of their most frequent reviewers.

And this is the toyota 9.5 out of an fj80? I heard it might be cheaper to go ford 9". I barely dug into this shit yet I just know eventually my elocker rear will likely get replaced one day.
