i dont think that guys got good credit... honestly. hes made some shit decisions with money

my credits good.. ive got a big down payment.. im just a very picky mother fucker with what i want... because i dont want to lose my first time buyer deal because i sell too soon if it sucks

 

Why not buy property and have it built? I mean, it'll get you what you want realistically.

But to say you're gonna "wait for the right house" means you're gonna be living at home indefinitely.

i look for land alot. the issue is its not popping up for sale lately. id rather buy 10 acres.

I don't "wheel" per se, but definitely like to explore. It sure is comfy as fuck for the shit that I do. Put in almost 1k miles this last weekend where there are more cows than people and it handled the washboard and rocky shit just fine. The new tune and springs handled as well as I'd hoped after sending them back a few times.
