Yea I hear that. Costa Rica sounds like a great vacation. I got a call from my boss earlier saying he might have work for up till December but I told him to skip rocks. Because they are all termite jobs he told me 30+ buildings nope not gonna kill myself so you can make 10s of thousands of dollars and still be let go in December. Fcuk that.

put all the time in the time sheet and just don't show up, your boss sounds like a real douche nozzle...no reason not to give him a hard time at the end doesn't sound like you're going back LOL

 

Good morning PA. It looks like a few days of warm weather are returning. Time for one last grass cut?

 

I probably have a couple cuts and then just mulching the leaves. The two big maples out front have barely turned color yet so they lose their leaves late. I probably don't put the mower away till mid November, unless it decides to snow. Guess I need to get the blower out here soon too...

 

I probably should go into November, but I have done that only a few times over the years. I usually end in October.

 

I have an image to uphold

Everyone compliments my yard, especially being on this busy road. Even got a post card from the previous owners daughter thanking me for keeping everything so nice. This was even after she scolded me for cutting down the Japanese Maple in the flower bed...

 

Around here, I cut my grass the most, so there is no reputation to uphold. It's called living out in the country, although my neighbor across the road - who has abandoned his house and really doesn't live there anymore - comes around once a month or so and half ass cuts his. My wife and I have to cut the small piece of land that abuts ours. He's in his 30s and we are in our 60s.

 

Good morning all.Little brisk this morning at 37 degrees, I'm not ready for this nonsense.

 

I semi live out in the country. I just like a nice lawn and flower beds. I spent a long time with a chainsaw to the front overgrown mess!

 

Winter is coming, and hopefully I get to use the snowblower this year!
