    Good morning Delaware & Tri-State Area.

    I had some frost on my windshield this morning but the truck temperature read 41F.

    The lawn hasn't grown much since last week...but I may just gather and mulch the leaves blown into the yard.

    Wife and I are cleaning the house in preparation for this weekend's boat trip/cruise to Mexico.

    Of course, our adult kids are more than willing to house sit and also take care of our kitties while we are out.

    I got a job interview to prepare for...who has done the S.T.A.R. Interview Method?

    I printed off references to the method, have a testimonial, copy of the job description and will review examples of behavioral interview questions.

    First, I'm getting a haircut then coming how to do some chores...mainly the yard.

    I took tomorrow off and my phone interview is at 11am.

    Update:

    11am Interview went well; it was scheduled for 45 mins but by the time we were done, it was almost an hour.

    Great dialogue with tough questions...everything I wrote down did not get used except my one story about a lost heart valve that was eventually found.
