Basically because the City was portrayed as racist by ownership, he refused to sign here..due to his own disgust with the confirmation of the accusations and his peers questioning him playing here as a black man..All because management didn't dig deep into security footage and game audio...because they would never find footage to back up the claims.

Yeah, I hear Toyota is asking $750-1000 for elective undercoating?? Here, protect the thing you bought at 3x the price...well I guess that's normal...

I need to get a set of snows and wheels for the fiancee's new Mazda. We put Nokian all weathers on the last one and they were very impressive, but on this one it'd be nice to not expose the stock wheels to salt and sand. I'm leaning toward Conti Vikingcontacts for it.

I got new Blizzak DM-V2s for my truck's winter wheels. I was getting quotes around the $1500 mark out the door for another set of Nokians, the Blizzaks set me back around $1000. Couldn't justify 50% more for an outstanding tire over an excellent tire.

Anyone do the undercoating themselves? Is it worth it to save the extra cost rather than paying a shop to do it?

I do small areas on my own. If I were to have my whole truck done, I'd go to one of the local members who do it in their driveway. I use aerosol cans and do what I need to (I use Amsoil HDMP, not Woolwax or Fluid Film). The guys who do it locally have the spray guns and do it in their driveways. They've invested in the proper equipment to make it productive. If you want to DIY it yourself year over year, it's up to you whether the initial cost is worth it.

Good to know! They sure look good. I'm anxious for winter weather to put them on.

More better now! They changed up the drawer options, longer extension, better use of space, better weather proofing.

Jason is in Taunton, which isn't very far from Tiverton. He does an excellent job with Wool Wax.

1999, 6MT. 85,000 miles. Driveline is stock except for a Corsa axle back and a C6 Z06 shifter. I have aftermarket corner lamps and a modified DRL setup and it’s got a custom stereo install. Wheels aren’t stock, but I wouldn’t sell the car with them, the spare roof or the other odds and ends unless the price is right.

Edit, if you’re serious, PM me, I have zero qualms giving you the good, the bad, and the ugly as well as where I am today on pricing. I’ve owned it for seven years at this point, I’m more selling it because I want something different than something is wrong with it. I want to love it, and I just don’t anymore.

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
I've had both and I preferred the Nokians for sure. The Blizzaks were too soft for the winters we have around here to me. Great traction and more life with the Nokian WR's.

I had read that the Blizzaks wear faster than Hakkapelliittas. We have different winters, though. I remember going to Westfield for Christmas last year and they had nothing, but we had probably 2 ft on the ground at home. That seemed to be the case for most of the winter.
