So kitty has been jumping up on the pond to drink from it, no problem, but the front wall has a weak joint and I know that, so when she knocks the bricks in that are sitting on the top, apparently that's enough for the wall to give out so the water level is at the very top. Not good.

So I went to the hardware store and got some treated lumber 2×10×10 and attach one side to the posts for my trellis. I used ratchets to pull the other side close to the other post where I will attach as well, but I need another 4x4 width to help get there. I've got a few hundred gallons in here so it's a lot of weight. I kept doing the ratchets wrong which was frustrating. Some of the screws were stripping which was frustrating. Kitten was attacking my straps which was cute, but distracting. I took out some of the water to relieve some of the pressure. It's in a trash can and a large outdoor tub from the greenhouse. It was a lot of really frustrating work and took all afternoon.

It's stable for now. Tomorrow I am planning to bolt the 4x4s together and go from there.

This has occurred to me which is one reason I've been letting it go. It's getting tough, so I'm not sure how long I'll hold out.:fistbump:
