    Bought a rear rack for my paper route bag. Didn’t have to walk my route anymore,I’m 11 in that pic, you had to be 12 to have a paper route , I got in a little early.:D

    Did any of you snowbelt guys ever build a ski for the front of your bicycle, and wrap the rear tire with clothesline for traction?

    I was a paperboy in Duluth Minnesota, and until the snow got so deep I needed a toboggin to get the papers around that’s what I did.

    I had the fat racing slick on the rear too. Mine was white.
    Coaster brakes (a recent change to the StingRay when I got mine) and that wide tire made for Great Skid Marks!
