I have a few items for sale. Located in the Cypress area of Houston.

1. Softopper for a 5’ bed. Was on my 3rd gen but I’ve heard it will also fit 2nd gens?
Has new tinted rear window. Also has some new spare parts with it such as buttons with install tool, roll of foam for the bedside tracks, sealant, and plastic parts.

2. Avid Offroad bed rack/tire carrier. Fits 2nd and 3rd gen Tacomas I believe.
Powder coating is flaking off so it will need to be refinished, which is why it is less than half the price of a new one. Solid steel construction.

3. 5th gen 4Runner OEM suspension. Front and rear shocks and springs.
Taken off my wife’s 4Runner at around 70k miles. I hosed them off before taking pics, so they’re wet with water, not oil leaks from the shocks.

4. Hitch mounted bike rack for 2 bikes. Has a threaded screw instead of a pin going into the hitch receiver so it doesn’t rattle. Also folds down to allow tailgate access without having to remove the rack.

Sick looking truck dude

 

Toyota 2UZ-FE 4.7 V8 (Non-VVTI) and A340E 2WD 4-speed automatic transmission. Removed from a 2WD 2004 Toyota Sequoia with 197K miles. This was a rollover parts truck for a friend reviving a 2001 Sequoia from Ohio that had a frame replacement done a few years ago. He needed brake lines, suspension, and all kinds of little bits and pieces that dealerships don't swap out when replacing a frame. I'm stuck with the motor/trans as payment for helping him and storing the vehicle at my place.

• Good compression on 6 cylinders with a warm engine. Discovered two cylinders had poorly installed time-serts on the passenger side (came out with the plugs) so I couldn't test them. Driver side cylinder 7 had some rough threads and removing/installing a spark plug was difficult.
• Vehicle ran, drove, and shifted when combo were pulled. Truck was involved in a rollover.

• Has multiple common coolant and oil leaks for the mileage. Likely needs it's second timing belt replacement.

• A wiring harness is installed but has splices throughout. Friend cut the harness even though it's a simple job to pull it through the firewall.

Located in San Angelo, TX. Looking for $400 which is in the ballpark of a core charge. Transmission goes with it. I'd be willing to deliver but we'd have to work out a deal.
