They are good people from what I've experienced. My wife had one of those locking tabs snap off when we pulled the floor mat to vacuum. The mat was around 5 years old or so. I emailed them and sent a picture of it. They sent me both front mats free of charge. I always remember that.

"we encourage you to step over to our café. Our baristas will be happy to make you a fresh beverage. We offer a variety of hot and cold drinks complimentary to store visitors. Seasonal specialty drinks and fresh baked pastries are also available!"

Made in America. Local. Great customer service. It would be really hard not to support this company. Tack on that I like their products makes it a no brainer. It's now about a 50 mile drive for me but I think it's worth it.

I drive by there every night for work. That place is huge. I've often wondered if you go there and request something if they make some of their orders then. So many machines there and it would cut down on storage space needed. I mat be way off, though. Always wondered about that.

All of the Weathertech buildings are relatively close. Right now I think one or two products are made in Chyna (bug deflector being one of them) but that will be back to the US soon, but not sure if it will outsourced or self made. EVERYTHING ELSE is made in their factories in batches. If you go to the factory store, they will either have the inventory right there or will pull it from the nearby warehouse. I asked them if they could make me a custom floor liner for a vintage 1930's vehicle and they said they wouldn't because it would be a one off and I wasn't willing to pay for all of the molds and setup. As far as making one that they currently make, I'm betting they wouldn't just because they do batches by color when making them.

Good to know. Thanks. My wife loves her WT mats. I went with Husky just to try out something different. More pliable, which I like. You can't go wrong with either brand, though. Both are excellent.

For the taco I went with the new Weathertech HP Floor Liners. A little thicker, a tad more rubbery/flexible feeling. Probably the same as the new Husky liners. I would get them again.

We should do a Chicago-land meet up there. Free food and drinks! :) Hell, if there were enough of us maybe we could score a tour.

I bet a tour of their facilities would be fun and educational.

I hung on to the Weathertech deflector I bought instead of trashing it and gave it to person that has a 2023 TRD the other day. Hopefully it will work for him.

Man I got so many rock chips on the hood without the deflector. It’s been couple years now with AVS 2 on and still not a single rock chip.

Had it on my ranger too. Miss that truck dearly…:pout:
