Yeah it is a bit much but the first couple of minutes is pretty much the whole thing. Everything good happens in like the first 3 minutes.

I don't feel bad for the guy at all. I understand he may be disrespected because the cop seems jumpy, but if you check the news there are cops getting killed every week across the U.S. and if they guy would just shut up and let the cop take care of the situation in which he feels safe then I bet the guy wouldn't have gotten arrested or had any problems. It's kind of a crappy situation, but if he just did what the cop said, could have been a different story... Just my 2 cents.

Dang those cops were being jerks, but the guy could have been a little more cooperative. It was true the cops didnt know who the guy was and why he was carrying, but they were being bigger jerks. Its all bad lol.

They later released him after figuring out that he violated no laws.

    same shit as everyone else
In Seattle they just shoot you. No questions asked. Cops have absolutely NO respect for anyone these days. Some how yelling the work "FUCK" to someone is going to make them comply more to their commands? You should be required to have at least a BA in Law to wear a uniform. The suspect was being a cock but still. Look at the wood carver that 27 year old cop just murdered in down town Seattle. 7 seconds and then bam. Cops scare the shit out of me. I will never invite one to my house!

Lets not turn this into a shit thread that gets locked.
Fact is, if you read the thread that I posted, (several pages) it's very, very obvious that this gentleman has had several run ins with the law. Most presumably for open carry.

    Now.
The sad part of this entire ordeal is that the philly police that are involved in this situation CLEARLY do not know the rules concerning OC in the city.

This man could have easily been shot by a rookie officer or even a well trained veteran of the police force not knowing that in fact he has every right to OC.
    training, training, training.

It is also my presumption that since this gentleman seems to have had several run ins with the law before, (again, presumably for OC) that he would change his tactics and not look for so much attention for OC'ing.

    Scenerio:
Your robbing a bank. You see a guy OC'ng.
Who are you focused on? Who's going down first? The guy with sig strapped to his side or the 70 yr old granny with the raging bull inside her purse.
No matter how you look at it, whether you live in an OC state or not. You might want to rethink your strategy for protecting yourself and others if there's a possibilty of a beatdown from the popo or maybe a bullet to the brainpan because someone isn't quite up to the laws of your particular city or state because of ignorance.

Had that been me, I'll tell you exactly what I would have done.
I would have dropped to my knees and then to my face and chewed on some concrete till the situation got worked out.
But then again.....I would Have never put myself in that situation.

The #1 rule for CC is to not let ANYONE know you are carrying. Why? Because you are now a target. The first target.
Why OC? cause you want to stir the pot. You want to be THAT guy. "oh looky mommy, he has a gun". That's all fine and dandy for people that work in bussinesses that need that kind of protection. But to strap a nine or .45 to your side and walk around like your johnny badass because "you can", 4 words for you friend.......

    Good luck with that.

I happen to have the uncut cd of this before it was pulled from the shelves.
It's actually a very good album and deserves a good listen to.
