I am approaching 150K on my 05 double cab sport with no signs of the front wheel bearings giving it up as of yet. I have read of them letting go at around 100K on some trucks.

How many miles have some others gotten on the factory originals? I sometimes feel I am on borrowed time with both the wheel bearings and the head gasket.

How do you use the truck? Not experiencing issues? Highway and street there is no reason you couldn’t expect another 50k miles. People who really wheel (not fire roads) stress the IFS. However, you are on the high side of longevity.

You should be fine. Provided they didn’t change mine when the frame was changed, they are probably the originals. My truck has 218k and is an 05 4x4

They do not change them - unless they're shot and you agree to pay for it - when they do a frame swap.

I had one start making just the slightest hum at around 120,000 miles, if I'm recalling correctly. I changed the other side a couple of weeks later just so they were both done. It wasn't necessary, but it was the peace of mind I needed.
    Your mileage (literally) may vary.

Had both of mine done at 130k when the frame swap was done under warranty. The one side was making noise but figured I’d replace both while there was less labor.

I think my drivers side made it to at least 250k and the passenger side to around 400k? Highway miles and OEM conditions. I replaced the drivers side again when I did the passenger side as the shop that originally did the the drivers side did a bad install

one of mine failed at 110k. A friend's failed at about the same point. His vehicle was NEVER offroad. The bearings fail from water intrusion and not loading. Just driving on the street is more than enough if it rains where you live.

    OE went just over 100k.
The second set made it about 30k
I’m on my 3rd set now.

The 2nd set were supposed to be “good” assemblies. (I payed good for them)
I got discouraged after the 2nd set went out. So I went “cheaper” on the 3rd set.

I personally would not change them if they aren’t showing signs of being bad.
Sometimes you can create a problem by fixing a “nonexistent problem”.

My left side bearing went bad on my ‘05 at about 70k miles. Only 78k on the truck now. Never off road and maintained extremely well.

My driver's side just went at 135k. It wasn't making any noise but didn't pass inspection. Replacement (with the hub) was pretty straightforward, which in Maine means 2 cans of PB Blaster, 4' breaker bar extension, heavy hammers, a lot of swearing, and bloody knuckles.
