I have replaced crank sensor open circuit relay and all fuses even replaced my file pump and complete housing ... But when I turn the key to on position I don't hear the pump cutting on ... I also found broken wire going from the open circuit to my fuel pump and fixed that but still no power to pump when key is in on position

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Your pump is only energized when cranking or with the engine running with all the signals being read by the ECM.

Not like the older Toyota`s that the pump ran with the key in the on Position.

Awesome dude cause I kept thinking my truck was still messed up but I've so far replaced everything to do with the fuel system cause I couldn't heart the pump cut on .. now I'm going to charge my battery and start it a couple times to see if I get file to the rail if not I'll be back to ask more questions
