My own mechanic spotted us in traffic on Friday evening and texted me this picture!

 

In Pennsylvania, I'm also 99% sure that a DUI charge from 20+ years ago won't prevent you from owning a gun...

 

As I understand, it would prevent me in particular. Since it happened in MA it's subject to the MA law at the time which is the federal disqualification.

Now if I caught the charge in PA 20 years ago, it would go by their law..no clue on that

 

I know people with DUI charges in PA own guns and have carry permits...

 

True but PA probably doesn't punish the DUI as severely. Sounds more common sense than this shitdump

 

I found this (and a pair of speakers) at the end of someone's driveway in either Dublin or Perkasie while on my way to drop off a Taco Bell order; I thought it was an air-conditioner at first, but it appears to be an attic fan or something. Regardless, I am scrapping it on Monday...

 

I should have mowed last week.
I took a look at all the walnuts and magnolia pods in the yard and decided against mowing.
I’ve managed to get the majority out of yard. But the the blades are still going to take a beating.
I’m planning on doing the “last” mowing when I use the mower to mulch the leaves.

 

One of my buddies on Facebook says that this is a 1950s Homart belt drive window fan, and that I could get $50 for it from the right person!

My yard was looking weird, it was going dormant is some areas and growing gangbusters in spots. Looks alot better now that its all even again, mowed over the leaves too, lol.

 

No idea, but they were pretty rough to begin with and they just sat out in the rain all night, so I'm gonna tear them down for scrap...

 

However, I just got a very pleasant surprise with the fan after inspecting it in the daylight...

 

The old bastard actually works!

While my girlfriend was living at that shitty apartment complex in Ambler, she briefly stayed with the neighbors (an autistic married couple) to get away from her psychotic and unpredictable former friend/roommate. That was a disaster in its own right, but that's story for another day.

What's funny, and rather odd, is what the wife divulged to us. She told us that despite being married, she and her husband had never had sex...

I've heard of "no sex before marriage", but I was of the impression that every 30-something married couple would be screwing like bunny rabbits.

I personally could marry a woman without having had sex with her; I'm almost 35 and not a virgin, but it's not in my nature and certainly not my place to criticize people my age who still are.

That said, in addition to finding it very weird that somebody would just blab such a detail about their sex life (or lack thereof) to somebody they just met maybe a week previous), I just cannot comprehend that somebody would get married and not have sex.

I did not ask for more details, but the impression I got from the details given to me was that the wife was not a virgin but very sexually inexperienced, and that her first time did not go well. As a result, she had intimacy issues; I have no idea what the deal with the husband was.

The husband had a driver's license and a car, and while they both worked, the husband also had the higher salary and the health insurance; I have a feeling that the town of them married for business purposes rather than any actual romantic feelings for each other. While the wife did not have a driver's license and worked a much lower-paying job, she had the better credit of the two, and the husband did not have the credit to sign a lease for the apartment without the wife as a co-signer.

But yeah, getting married and not having sex?!?!

 

On another note, it is my experience that people with autism are at either one end of the sexual spectrum or the other. A few my friends, and other people I knew with Aspergers and other autism spectrum disorders, lost their virginity as teenagers and were what I would describe as promiscuous. One guy who I was very good friends got into a lot of trouble over the years as a result of incessant need to stick his dick in anything with a pulse. He ultimately got a woman pregnant a few years go and got a vasectomy to make sure it didn't happen again.

I have dated enough autistic women, three to be exact (Amanda believes she is autistic, but has never been formally diagnosed), to know that many of them are very inexperienced and guarded about their sexuality, and I have little desire to date another one (Amanda, if she is fact on the spectrum, is the exception to that rule); I also outright REFUSE to date any bipolar chicks!

On the other end of that sexual spectrum are the ones who remain virgins well into their 30s; I am only basing this on what I have seen and it is only opinion...

I know a few very attractive autistic women who have no shortage of guys wanting to sleep with them, but who are very guarded about their sexuality and choose to preserve their virginity. On the other hand, I know many autistic guys who have an overwhelming desire to get laid, but can't because of their socially awkward behaviors.
