Sorry to resurrect an old post, but I saw you were still active.

My ARB Bumper gets delivered today. How hard is it to install that trim piece after you put the bumper on? I don't really wanna buy a jig saw, so If I could run up to my brother's house after putting the bumper on, that would save me some cash. I guess I could use my grinder or Dremel tool.

Drexel with some cutoff wheels works just fine, tape off where too cut,and go slow.

Is there a "regular" version? I thought the deluxe version was the one we're used to with the strap-faced upgrights on either side of the grille. The other alternative, in old ARB-speak at least, was the "commercial" bar, that had a simpler bent tube across the top.

The company has come out with some newer bullbar styles in the last few years, like the "summit" bar, which has larger tube diameters and a textured powdercoat. There are some things like modular bars and a few others. But no "regular" bars.

I think for our Gen 2 and Gen 2.5 Tacomas there is only a deluxe bar available.

Pretty sure that’s right. I think there was an option for no fog lights on the 2.0 but I’m probably wrong.

The original Gen 2 ARB deluxe bullbar had simple turn indicators (like the Gen 1 bullbar) and no provision for in-bumper foglights. The Gen 2.5 ARB deluxe bullbar came with the foglight cutouts as standard, but the blanking panel had to be cut away and the foglights purhased separately for them to be fitted.

The Gen 2.5 bar had other changes too, most notably the significantly more "bowed" profile and greater forward projection.
