Lower ball joints rebuild or replace ?

    I think I have to replace my lower ball joints . Not looking to to crazy beyond stock specs .. are there any upgrades I can do with ball joint /bushings? Or should I just replace with new ones ?

    LCA ball joints = OEM are the best. But it's really hard or near impossible to get just the OEM ball joint. Somewhere on this site there was a guy in like the UAE that could source them but it was hard to get if I remember right. Most people just buy a whole new LCA.

    Bushings there are OEM and I think Whiteline makes a kit. Which are best depends on what you are doing with the truck. OEM is pretty hard to beat.

    Lots of aftermarket companies make entire LCAs with fancy pants things like poly bushings, uniballs, etc etc. Bring your wallet $$$$.

    EOM or look at all the reviews on after market ones
    Detroit Axle ones went after 20k. Dont get them

    Some stuff here and there
    I mean you can get an aftermarket lca for 3-400 complete, if your okay pressing in another go for it or just swap it all out once with an alignment

    That would have probably been me.
    Actually you got it a bit wrong. I am in the U.S. but originally sourced them from Japan, and then later when they became somewhat scarce in Japan, I found the OEM ones in the U.A.E. I have done a lot. The control arm bushings on the other hand, which are readily available in the U.S. give me the most fits...
