Absolutely no way it can be as bad as my coworkers

 

Keeping it organized is no small feat...but we're not perfect.

 

I got a screw broke off in one of these holes. Any ideas to get it out? It's a SS #5-40 about 1/8” to 3/16" down in there.

 

Tiny carbide end mill and possibly a tiny ez out would be what I would try. Is the other piece stainless or aluminum?

 

That looks awesome, keeping anything organized takes work. Keep it up

 

It's some grade of steel. Part of a drilling jig.

 

If you can get a small hole in it then an ez out, a little heat on the outside will help
