Im planning on building my own I think, designing it now during my lunchbreaks.

 

This is what Ive got so far. Plasma table design is actually alot simpler then any other kind of router or mill. No cutting forces and z height accuracy doesnt matter too much cause you can make a torch height controller. Im planning on stealing not a ross, rosses idea of a 2.5'x 8.5' table and have the 2.5' part cantelivered like the langmuir cutter.

Solar Eclipse April 8 2024. The center line goes through Burlington VT, just crosses over the northern border of NH, and then goes into Maine, basically Seboomook and Greenville on the path of greatness. Also the Catskills in NY. Buffalo, Rochester, Niagara will be probably a mad house. Anyone interested in setting something up? Start a new thread? Maine? NY? VT?
