Sag in back after new suspension.

    I have a 2011 sport. I just put biillstein 5100 2.5 lift on it. The back end sags or is lower then the front now. Did I need some AAL or blocks for the back?

    Yeah.
    Shocks alone won't lift the back. You'd need an AAL, new leafs, or blocks to bring it up.

    Yeah.
    If you carry extra weight all the time, an AAL is cheapest, or a new spring pack designed for your lift and weight is the better choice to give you a bit more support. If you mostly run around with little or no load in the bed, blocks should be fine to level it out.

    OME and Deaver are popular choices for springs.

    Elka 2.5" DSC w/ Deaver Stage 1, Archive Hammer Hangers, SPC UCAs, Timbren bumps, 16" TRD baja wheels, 265/75r16 BFG K02, 1.25" wheel spacers, TRD skid plate, N-Fab spare tire box mount.
    On a 2011 you're gonna want to replace the whole leaf pack. They are known for flattening out, which has likely already happened. I would look at Dobinsons or Icon, and if you can afford better go Deaver. I woudn't recommend OME leafs, they squeak, ride stiff, and flatten out if you add weight.

    Yeah.
    I'd measure, but keep in mind that your springs are likely sagging a bit as stated above, and new springs will settle a little. You likely need about 1.5" to get it level, or 2" if you want a bit of rake unloaded.

    ran ome for years on my last truck zero issues... never flattened out and i towed a good bit with that truck...

    ride stiff thou ya they do that

    I've had the medium duty dakars for about 5 years on my current truck. Never tow, rarely haul anything more than 300lbs. They have sagged beyond flat and have a negative arch, I've lost almost all the lift. They squeak unless you religiously grease them. And if I don't have at least 200lbs in the box the rear bucks over every bump.

    Oh, and I had to cut the tip off one of the leafs on each side cause there was touching my shackles.

    Biggest regret out of all the mods I've done. I'm switching to Deavers asap.

    Differential Breather Mod Light Bar: 4 Cree LED lamps Bilstein 5100s Ride Rite Air Bags
    Ride Rite Air Bags. Had them on my 2005 (Double Cab, Off Road TRD, 4x4) and after awhile, put them (the same ones) on my 2010. There is nothing else I would recommend. I can control the rear ride height and firmness by adding or reducing the air in them. 15 psi for daily driving, level look, and 25-35 psi for medium to high loads. The truck bed stays level or slightly elevated no mater how much weight. I also upgraded the shocks to 5100s. The front shocks was set up just one notch (~1" lift) to firm up that end.

    Ride Rite air bags were bought and installed on my '05 at Off Road Warehouse, in Escondido, CA. The 5100s were installed on my 2010 Tacoma by Jason 'Speed Freek' in Vista, CA. Jason also installed my Ride Rites later on. The air bags have seen 15,000 miles in Baja on all kinds of dirt roads and pot-holed highways. They have yet to lose air or fail me.

    cant remember which ones i had on my truck (heavy or medium) i ran them from 10k miles all the way to 140k miles and wheeled my truck hard, jumped it, towed dirtbikes cars and loads of other stuff.. never had an issue like that and i abused the shit out of them. never squeaked either they did ride rougher then other leaf packs but it did great when it came to weight so i never bothered to much with it. never had it touch the shackle either mine did good.

    ive looked into helper bags for when towing stuff since i plan to make my suspension a bit softer so a bit of help for weight would be good.

    Yeah.
    I love my Ride Rites, but they are not for lifting. OP needs to raise his back end to match the 2.5" on the front, and air bags are not going to do that. If you run variable loads like I do (300 lbs normally, 600+ lbs going camping), it's nice to be able to adjust the spring rate.
