Yeah just pulled the ones out of the cab, those are filled with camping stuff. Jumper cables, sledge hammer, wrenches for the lock pin on the hitch, etc live in those DeWalt boxes. Still riding and using the chainsaws, all that stuff lives in the bed of the truck. Like the size of those Craftsman’s and how they interlock. Wish they were of better quality.

Looked at the Decked system, too much wasted space. Plus use the truck for all different things need to be able to yank the storage boxes out quick. Fricken wife is always making me pick up various bullshit she buys off market place.

Need to find out how the glass got in its current state of being.

If being filled, it is half full.

Being emptied, it is half empty…

Let the aftermarket begin ... ARB got a leg up on everyone. People here will be buying bumpers, wheels, tires, grilles, and headlamps before they buy the actual truck

Had a guidance counselor ask me that question once, that is the answer I gave. Can’t give an answer on the glass unless I know how it got to that state. Believe he said “oh boy…” lol!

But yeah I am perpetual grump. Trying to change, think I am a loss cause. lol! Been a grumpy old man since I was born!

I like the ARB, have one of their bumpers on my 1st Gen. Surprised they don’t have a front bumper for the 4G Taco yet.

One of the few if not only one that crash tests their bumpers. Can’t say I trust the smaller fab shops in that respect. Only reason I run a bullbar type bumper is for animal strikes. Some of the others look cool and have a smaller profile, don’t trust them for actual protection.

It would be nice if we could actually test drive a truck at some point.

Made the mistake of test driving a Tundra, now I want one…

Real curious about the 4G Taco, turned my nose up at for an awhile. Dunno, something flipped and now liking it. Same thing happened with the 3G, couldn’t stand it at first, now love it. Drove my 1st Gen today, meh kinda over it. All those little creature comforts of the 3G, that are missing in my 1G, don’t realize what you have until it’s gone sorta thing. 4G is going to be so much nicer than the 3G. Can’t wait to see how the power delivery is, and how it rides.

Same one that what’s his face from TFL saw in Texas? Do think the color coded flares are better looking.

Question, are they part of the sheet metal or a plastic flare? I can’t tell.

Honestly it doesn’t feel that much bigger than a Taco. I don’t go into the city much so parking isn’t a huge issue. Wanting the tow capacity and bigger bed are the main things.

I am not seeing a seam, why I am wondering if it is like on the GMs, part of the actual fender/bedside.

Unrelated note, but I passed a Trail Boss the other day at a light and that front black grille/bumper combo is very overwhelming. It's a lot to take in.

Digging the all black front end, more of a practical standpoint for rock chips. Do think the GMs are a smidge better looking than the Toyota, unfortunately it is all GM underneath…if ya know what I mean.

Gotta say that silver lifted SR5 that was posted sure is hawt.
