2008 Tacoma four wheel drive not working. HELP!

So I’m working on a 2008 tacoma 4cyl manual transmission automatic 4x4. The four wheel drive and four low light keep flashing on the dash, I have tried a new 4x4 actuator, 4hi and 4low neutral switches, and even the four wheel drive selector as well as checked all the fuses. I’m stumped, anyone ever heard of this happening and have any ideas?

 

Check your limit switch voltages and post your results so we can see what's going on.

No we're testing voltages for all the switches in the system to see which one(s) are out of range, this gives us direction to which component or wires we need to inspect.
Have a read through the thread I posted above and hopefully it will make more sense.
