NO, I was just going to be proactive and replace it while doing this job. I read on another post here on TW that the knock sensors themselves rarely go bad, but changing the cable was a good idea.

Yes, but not as often as I'd like. When I do walk, I'm doing about 1.5 miles a day. Going out tomorrow since the weather will be warmer. I have to find a place to walk indoors this winter. I'm going to have another injection done in hope that it will calm my sciatic nerve running down my right leg. When that bad boy flares up, there is no walking on those days. But overall, since my last surgery in June 2023, I'm doing better. I just hope that it lasts for a while.

Well, I'm going back to bed. I just watched another video of tearing down the 5VZ engine. I know quite a few TW members love these motors, but give me a pre 1990 small block ford or GM engine. I've rebuilt a few of these over the years, and they just seem so much simpler to me than these new fangled Japanese motors. But I will prevail on whatever task I decide to dive into on this 03 DC of mine. Everyone have a good night what's left of it.

I came home a couple days early from hunting in Pennsylvania with my brother. Can no longer carry or sit comfortably in my climbing tree stand . Sitting on the ground on my hunting seat pretty much cuts my chances in half of killing a deer . Too much on the back to lug everything into the woods, I can no longer be a mobile hunter . The back is just too bad . My brother saw 3 nice bucks ,no shot and I saw 4 doe . 4888 acres of Federal land . So the plan is head to my friends in Pennsylvania about an hour past my brother where I can walk a couple hundred yards on level ground and sit in a nice chair in a blind  leave here Monday .
In the spring my brother and I will further scout the federal land and maybe make some natural ground blinds to use next season :notsure:
