Hi! New member here! I’m looking for dropped side steps for my ‘21 Tacoma TDR Sport DCSB (Budget is limited as I’m looking at Hip Replacement). These are from FB MP ad. Also, regarding OEM or close to parts, what is the best website for pricing? I also need a leaf spring and Tonneau cover. Thanks!!!

I have a 2021 Limited which has been parked in my driveway for almost 2 months now. My right hip was replaced 7 weeks ago, and I have no running boards or steps. If not already told, after surgery you will not be able to bend over or bend your leg to an 90 degree angle, so that may be a two step entry. Prior to replacement, my right leg was 1st into truck basically straight out followed by the left leg. I'm itching to get back into the truck, but I still have some pain so I'm hesitant. I need to also think threw exiting the cab naturally wile the boss tells me everything I'm doing wrong.
Test with and without steps or running board. I'm hoping for a weekend entry. I'm not sure what will be more painful, watching The Patriots or trying to get in and out of the truck.

Hi Twodan - that right hip is tough for getting in on the driver side - I'm fortunate that mine is the left side. I did get these and put them on today and I think I'm good by putting the seat back all the way, using the step to get my butt in the seat then pulling the left up and moving the seat forward. I'm waiting till after the 1st of the year to get it done anteriorly - I am an equestrian/horse person and cannot wait to get back in the saddle! Thanks for your reply!

Thanks for responding - I’m in Wichita, KS so shipping from NC would have been cost prohibitive - but thank you for responding!

PS - I’m not a guy…just think like one regarding trucks/trailers/tractors/mowers - necessities when horses are involved ;-)
