We can hope it’s to preflight FTS and do final engine/systems checks on the rocket and stage 0. I know they did substantial work to address suppression of fire in the engines, let’s hope they did enough to address the root causes of them.

Latest ARS Rocket Report conjectures a NET of 11/13/23.

Considering the damage and number of safety items to address from 4/20/23, this would be a remarkable turnaround and hopefully one that opens routine test flights.

We don't know. The main body is just a tank, a fibrous one at that. If it has damage in one spot, it's likely to have damage in others and would likely be retired as opposed to repaired. The engines however are modular and as far as we know they could be swapping those out for new ones while they rebuild the old ones. or they could be just giving it a good look over, top off the fluids, check the computer for any error codes and then relaunch them.

Realistically they've got enough experience now that they know their weak links and are probably just replacing a few select components between launches, engines every 3-10 launches, and anything of doubt as they find them.

And cleaning since coking is the main reusability drawback to keralox. Also replacing the crush cans in the landing legs.

Unless it’s already happened. What we see from the cosmos is a mosaic of time/distance events. “In real time” doesn’t exist even within the solar system. It’s all old news.

A minor detail on the last tweet. Ship 25 isn't going to reach orbit as it's not completing a full circumference of the Earth before de-orbiting.
