All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
    What year?

Definitely counts. Fatten that bank account while you can. Things don't look like they're going to get better in the near future.

No shit. I sometimes hate my job, but then realize there will always be jobs in healthcare. They've started chipping away at benefits over the last few years though.

Oh I feel that, and I'm not in that industry. I've been with my current employer and watched it go from decent benefits and a small bonus at the end of the year to dogshit benefits that cost more, cover less, have higher deductibles, and bonuses are a long forgotten legend of a bygone era.

We had our employee surveys a few months ago. They only had a 40% approval so the CEO came around asking about it. I let her know everything that was on my mind. The fact we're a healthcare provider, we should have the best insurance available. We use to be able to cashout our ETO at full value(since a lot of times we don't have the staff to take vacations without leaving it super short), now if we cash it out....it's at a 50% cut. I told her in our eyes, that's what we're worth to them......50%. She also had no idea that it was cheaper to pay the $120 Sams club membership and get 90% of our prescriptions from them without filing insurance than it was to pay the employee pharmacy copay and let them file insurance.

That would be nice. I'd fear retaliation if I openly complained. Don't expect them to change anything though. They'll dump a bunch of money into trying to convince you that you're treated well before they'll spend a dime to actually treat you well. They do it here. Big pushes in the orientation and annual benefits meetings (you know the ones when they inform you that your monthly premium is going up and your coverage is going down) where they really focus on how great they are because you, the lowly scum, are given the same benefit package as the top of the company.... minus the 6 figure salary and bonuses that would actually make it affordable and usable.

    Sorry for the vent.

    Back to bikes! :bikewheelie:
