The one video I saw said they would be allowed test drives for those guys at the end of November.

I have an SR. If you focus on the bumper area you can see that there is a flare. The pressedsheet metal fender area can be deceiving, but if you look at the bumper you can see that there is a portion of the flare projecting out

I made my shelves flush with the wheel well so it generally takes up no more space than required. I only have them on one side only. I do the same with totes and just swap out totes for what I need. For work, I generally have a few totes from Costco loaded with stuff. If I am going to my cabin for the weekend, I just swap them out. Easy peasy.

I don't understand overland pricing at all, 6k lol. I paid 3.2K (4.1K inflation adj.) for my cap, that's enough for me. I'm bummed my current cap probably won't fit a 4th gen.

I'll be real interested in seeing what caps for the 4th gen come available, not a huge fan of the industrial, one size fits all look of current options. Not to mention the price tags that come with them. I might try making my own.

Because they don't want them testing pre production trucks duh. Why would toyota want vehicles that are un finished or possibly not properly tuned shared all over the web

That will be nice. They can stop talking about silly things like the amazing removable speaker or how there’s plenty of room in the backseat even though their knees are jammed into the seat. :D

Hopefully the models without those video game seats will have a reasonable amount of leg room in the back seat.

It is like add a little convenience for one thing and it takes away another. I tend to make solutions for problems I don’t have. Lol!

Yeah the overland bros, they eat that shit up. I like car camping, but don’t like it that much. Don’t need to show the world that I am “outdoorsy” either.

The 2G shells didn’t fit the 3G, the topper manufacturers sure love that shit though, means they can sell you more shit.

The reviews of the Or and down models seem pretty positive about that so far, but who knows really. I don't trust these early access guys much at all.

Believe the tester would be better off in a Ram MegaCab.

One of the recent ones I saw said it had better room back there than his 3rd gen. Hence my caution at going with what reviewers are saying at this point. I will wait for some real numbers.

Should be right around this 11 minutes in:

I'm not even sure a Tundra has 6" more legroom on a Taco.

Toyota might not do legroom on trucks. That space is reserved for gigantic grilles and bed creases.

Well that actually looks nice. Don't know if it's the lighting or the silver color or both, but some of the angles and creases aren't as noticeable. Plus the lift and tires/wheels don't hurt. I like the color keyed fenders more than the black. Standard grill looks good.
