I didn't go up in wheel size just tire size. Honestly haven't driven it much since I got it done. Haven't seen a rub yet though. The speedometer should be good from what I've read.

Rock sliders installed this morning. I think she's "done" until spring. Maybe.

rotated tires changed oil threw out the old air freshener.

In that the ring hangs "sidewise", It doesn't flap around and I've never heard it bang. In truth, the ring requires some effort to swivel from one side to the other.
Luck of the draw I suppose.

Thanks! It’s a 2” lift- Billstein 5100’s with OME 886 coils. Just got the tires mounted Friday. 285/75/16 Nitto Trail Grappler M/T’s. Not a huge tire by any means but enough to create rubbing issues with the plastic fender liner. The viper cut improves the approach angle slightly as well.

I really like the look and also that it eliminates any rubbing. I’m running the same size tire but with Mickey Thompson Baja boss and a 3 inch lift with 5100’s and some 4wp UCA’s. Had to loose the front mud flaps and very minor trimming on liner were the mud flap mounted and no rubbing yet but drive on and off road pretty conservative.
But yeah love the look of your new setup and trimming

Thanks! Wish I had time to take it out to the SVRA to try it out but the sun set early today. There’s next weekend to work out any other issues.
