    Got all the metal frame down and the fan pipe. Bathroom is cleaned up again. Used steel wool on the frame to get rust and stuff off. Still gotta paint it and reattach it, then it's time to pick a new Bathroom fan. :bananadance:

    Panasonic. Spend a little more up front and not have any regrets!

    I have to replace my bathroom fan and I'm going to replace it with a Panasonic. Unfortunately I'll have to patch the ceiling which will mean float the entire ceiling. Also got to vent it through the side of the house instead of just in the attic like the previous person. That means getting on that extension ladder! o_O
