I've seen some stuck fire trucks in my time.. LOL took some BIG tow trucks to get them out.

One time the City invited themselves to a fire out in the county and parked their shiny clean truck down hill from the porta tank operations.. the ground was frozen in the February weather but the water drainage and the heat from their city truck sunk that truck down to the axels... I came along in a Kodiak tandem axle all wheel drive tanker/pumper with a 45,000 pound PTO winch on the front... saved them a tow bill and they didn't even say thank you.

The bottom of the doors on the truck are at shoulder level to me... with 2000 gallons of water, a separate Volkswagen pump motor that would pump 750GPM, 100 foot booster reels on both sides of the truck and in the front bumper, built around that giant winch was a remote controlled monitor and 25 foot hoses stored in each side. You could roll out in a field and have the passenger get on a bumper line, knock down a fire line while driving with the monitor and have the passenger mop up without ever stopping. Tall enough for water crossings, enough truck to put a knock down on a structure fire, put out a car fire and roll up and down hills without ever working really hard.

Are you under any water restrictions? Do you have the ability to water the garden area now?

We had a garden at the other house, just vegetables. Probably 50' X 150' just guessing.

Here is part of the one we had.

I had to go to one of our downtown buildings that I don't frequent and saw my new favorite sign.
