You would have to talk to the service director. I believe it had something to do with the lower bumper mount. I really wish the admin would would remove all the troll posts by the people distracting from this thread with their childish comments. Sorry you had to sift through so many non productive comments to find a solution.

So, some moron slide hit my Taco when it was parked... My own coworker, don't know who but that's kind of people that live in North Jersey. I took apart bumper, and this is what I found. In my case seems like its not the plastic piece that's broken but metal part that is part of the fender, is deformed down, headlight bolt also mounts on that, so makes sense why headlight also popped out, and why there is gaping from bumper to fender.

Green is passenger side, which is good, no gaping. Red is the side which car was hit on, so you can see its deformed... Then the plastic part also has gaping from fender to its clips.

Body shop looked at it and said fix would be new fender if i wanted it perfect. But they are still yet to take it apart and looked from inside, to give me exact price..

I am thinking to get after market steel bumper, its around same price, might even get both back and front for the price that will cost to fix this. It was hit and run, i haven't reported yet.
