Cannot even imagine with how high interest rates are, plus insurance, taxes, and whatever other crazy fees they add in.

 

Homeowner's insurance is cheaper for a single-family home than it is for a townhouse...

 

So, a woman bought this townhouse brand new in 1978 and lived there until her death this past summer. A young couple bought the house in September and everything was included. They are gutting the house and renovating it, and they want everything gone, including this piano. If you look closely, you can see the dust in the air!

This house came with all sorts of cool stuff, including this bicycle; I have a friend with special needs who collects bikes, and I am giving him this one...

 

My biggest scrapping profit is probably going to come from the wood-burning fireplace. The owners are completely changing the layout of the house and no longer want the fireplace...

 

This used to be the kitchen. The new kitchen will be in the back of the house where the fireplace used to be...

 

I am taking that light fixture to see if I can sell it...

Man did I hate living in a cookie cutter townhome

 

The stairs were miserable. If it wasn’t for the showers being up there, I never would have went up to the third floor.

 

I lived in an end unit townhouse from 2007 to 2016. It was really only considered a townhouse because it was attached to another house on one side. On the inside it was very much like a single-family home, and that will forever be one of my favorite houses. It was the very first house my parents bought that had granite countertops and a wall oven in the kitchen, and dual-zone central air!
