I have known about this for a while, but I keep forgetting to take a picture of the display. This is at the Walmart in Warrington, PA. Shoplifting has become so bad that now they have to keep the condoms locked up; I have bought condoms before, and I can tel you that they are probably the last things I'd want to have to seek out an employee's help for...



My girlfriend had to have a hysterectomy at a young age due to health issues, so luckily I don't have to worry about this!

 

Speaking of my girlfriend, @Stitchgirl90 found another potential gem in the basement of that townhouse we're helping clear.

 

You know something is old when it was sold new at a department store that hasn't existed for years, and was marked down from $2.99 to $1.79! Does anybody else remember Ames? I'm thinking late 1980s, or maybe 1990-1992 at the very earliest...

 

The set is new enough that if one bulb goes out, the rest stay lit!

And they work; I am 99% sure that these had never even been plugged in, and they are rated for outdoor use, so I'm putting them on the truck and running them off the Generac!

 

I saw Magnum condoms at the checkout. I asked the girl if they had Pee Wee condoms. We laughed…

I'm 40. Grew up in North Knox.
I don't remember that store. But then again, I don't get out and explore.
Unless I have a reason to go some where, I don't usually go.
Plus, I hate shopping. Shopping cost money
