Converting 2006 Toyota Tacoma from 2wd to 4wd

    3/2 leveling kit, 275/60r20 duratracs on xd128 20x9 rims, AFE stage 2 intake, trd exhaust, duel electric fan w/dakota digital controller
    That will work. It's not that hard to tir another couple wires into the mix. It's just knowing what's needed to make the center diff work. Mind you I have been considering the manual hub conversion and a Supra or 4runner v8 center. Wouldn't have an add to worry about then. But sensor lights etc need to work lol

    Bringing this back to life... what about an ECU? I have an entire wiring harness out of an 06, 6spd that im using as a donor truck (its totaled from frame rust)

    The ecu is not needed.
    You can simply use a toggle switch to activate the ADD

    Even with an push button 4wd selector from another tacoma? Also, excuse my ignorance, what does ADD stand for?
