How is it?

 

I've run it a bunch really. Its pretty solid with newer or oddball hardware, and its a deriviative of arch so it uses the same excellent package manager and its easy to use AUR packages. My only gripe is that its rolling release, so a lot of updates are enormous. But its never broken on me...so that's nice.

 

@eon_blue did you make it to the game?

 

We did, but left at 2nd intermission. She was way exhausted by then and the thought of having to carry her out asleep with 16k people all leaving at once started to sound pretty awful, so just decided to leave then and listen to the rest on the way home

Glad they got a point going into OT but they really outplayed the Pens all game and should have won that pretty easily. Copley made some good stops but a couple of their goals were a little weak.

I swear Byfield is cursed when it comes to scoring goals. He's playing so well and racking up assist points left and right, but misses every wide open net opportunity lol. It's crazy

Well they played Edmonton who are having almost as awful a season as they are....which is one of the biggest surprises really....Oilers have probably the best player in the world (McDavid) and a few other big time scorers. Practically the same exact roster they had last season where they went 2 rounds in the playoffs, so it's weird they are sucking so hard right now. But as a Kings fan I am obligated to enjoy their demise just as I am the Sharks'

Goaltending has always been an achilles heel for them, even when they get a reputable goalie with great stats they always seem to flounder when playing for Edmonton. Something about their goalie/defense coaching needs changing. They will probably fire the head coach after this season if they don't right the ship.

 

That's a good plan. It gets so hectic leaving after a game but with the little one that would be a handful.

Cooley has to be faster post to post but he did make some solid saves. I think it comes down to the offence needs to score 4 to beet a upper level team. Byfield's getting better each day the goals will be there soon.

 

Like Ryan said. Edmonton is atrocious, I think it was McDavid who said "cup or bust" it's definitely bust!
As much as I despise the sharks I wanted them to beet the oilers last night.
