So...finding a barber for a 7 month old is way harder than one would think :bananadead:

Yeah I'm starting to understand why so many parents just cut their own kids hair until they're like 8

I wonder what the percentage of 7 months olds has the amount of hair Theo has. Olivia is nowhere near that.

It's worse than the pictures show; his hair in the back is so long you can put it in a ponytail :bananadead:

Even asked my friend that's a barber what he wouod suggest and he said, he and none of his co workers ever run into kids even at 1-2 years old with that much hair; thanks :violent:

I don't remember what year it was. But it must be one of the ones before they switch to electric water pumps on everything because those fail every 60k like clockwork.

I can imagine it would be stressful for a barber to cut it, no one wants to clip a baby .
He didn't get any bald spots did he? I'm sure sleeping on his side helped that.

Flag has been over the city all year in the elements so it's a little tattered up; will live indoors now

I'll get it nice and taut later

That happened with Sofia when she was a baby, little bald friar patch on the back of her head from where she would sleep/lay a lot of the time. By the time she was really sitting up and and moving around it filled in quick.

She is almost 4 and still hasn't gotten a haircut, hair is getting pretty long lol. We've been trying to plant the seed but she's afraid it will hurt. Had her come to my last appt to watch but she's still adamant about it. Going to have to step up the persuasion soon

Overheard a friend of a family member had cut or shaved their kids head, not skin or anything but clippers with either a 0 or 1

The hair grew back thinner, instead of thicker like we all know

The kid was 1 or so?

Was brought up cause all we want is someone to just trim it up a bit with scissors while we hold the little guy, but he is so quick to turn his head for anything

That's pretty much exactly what it is. But she did the dentist's chair without much convincing so I don't think it will take much. Though I think the idea of scissors cutting parts of her off is where the fear stems from

Just do what people during Covid did when they got desperate....put it in a ponytail then chop the ponytail off.

Or there's always that bowl cut guy video

Show her the torture scene from Hitman and tell her that will happen if she doesn't get a haircut.... she'll think everything is better than that

Whats a good gift idea for a dude with a 3rd gen tacoma, one of the sous chefs gave me a knife for my birthday. Hand made japanese knife. I feel like I gotta do something in return. I can't think of a small but cool gizmo to give him.
