I’m very fortunate that three of the chefs I work with are huge knife nerds so I have been giving autistic levels of care advice

Biscuit's head perked right up the first time she heard one of Theo's toys squeak. Dude she locks eyes with it and will even sit and whine/groan as if waiting for it.

Best part is she's never tried taking any of them but she does get close to sniff them when they're on the couch or ottoman.

I swear, she's so tempted to take one

Good job on the save

$50 more per month gets you a second parking spot.

Worked great where I used to live.

You mean the gift for the chef?

MESO accessories, they're a huge hit here.

As long as it's like some stage 3 shit or whatever...I don't know, I never understood stages when it didn't relate to engine performance.

One of those metal key fob covers would be cool.

    I should make skid plates

    Stage 1 = 1/8" steel
    Stage 2 = 3/16" steel
    Stage 3 = 1/4" steel

I don't like rust, and I don't have as much experience with it as the other guys.

If it's solid, clean up with a wire wheel and coat it.

If it's thin and flaky and creating a larger hole, patch that shit up!

That's what I figured. Be some annoyance to living in a apt but part of that is saving up for a house one day. Just kinda makes sense even though in many ways it's a step backwards. Debt free, getting off living paycheck to paycheck, yeah I think it's what needs to happen. Luckily I won't be funding her spending habit anymore.

Thanks, I get a bit paranoid putting too much out here but I know different perspectives are great.

I put a lot out there myself, but so do many here and yeah we can make ourselves vulnerable.

Best part? You find just how much others can relate to you, it's awesome.

Here's a funny karma story; so I had bought my ex a 2016 5.0 brand new.

We separated, but I was still paying it off (5 year loan) with no rush cause it was 0% interest.

Well, I figured let me get that debt off and I paid it off earlier but still had her on my insurance. Gave her the "you need to get insurance on it, I'm kicking you off mine" speech (mind you we were apart already for over a year and a half at this point).

I took it off around June of 2020, and she wrecked it no more than a month afterward.

She could've netted herself at least $25+k from an insurance payout as I wouldn't have wanted any of that money since it was both my name and hers on it. Nope, she fucked herself out of that one

The pics are lost in my damn group chat but I had posted it at one point the total loss. Sucked too cause when we were still together I took care of that thing so well.

I think a financial reset could be really good in a lot of ways. Definitely some big pluses there if you can deal with apartment life. I just hope you can find somewhere to work on your stuff too :)

He's 8 hours away, but he's always welcome here. I need to finish putting in the keypad for my gate and my shop door. I'd like to give the ability for some people to get in if they ever need to without me here
