    Only the off road version has a fuel tank skid. Even then it's plastic.

    if your truck doesnt have stock gas tank skid what do you attach an aftermarket one to??? non trd offroad tacomas dont have mounting bolts. Is it the gas tank straps that are different?

    if you go to the budbuilt page for the 05+ skids and look at the bottom, it tells you exactly what pieces you need to buy in order to attach the skid like on the ORs.
