We've already had snow on the ground twice and I'm heading out to mow the leaves. :p

Might as well put the mower away and get the blower ready for duty.

We got a crusty 2-3 inches last week but it’s supposed to be in the 50’s near the end of this week. I’m think minor yard operations to clean up what’s fallen over the past couple of weeks since the major ops…

Bagging with the zero turn works much better when it’s a light layer.

Good morning everyone, I hope you have a tolerable Monday :hattip:

I love my little Honda mower. I mostly mulch though, no bagging cause I'm lazy

Sad they're no longer being made...

Good morning friends! Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Thank you to all the Veterans and hope you had a great Veteran's Day on Saturday.

Cole and I spent all day Saturday in the shop, man was it nice to get some stuff done.

We got the Cub Cadet running in about 30 minutes, changed the battery, filed the points, put some gas in and away it went. He was as happy as if he'd had gotten a new one.

    IMG_0478.jpg

Took him 2 minutes and he was hooking his trailer up.

    IMG_0481.jpg
    IMG_0482.jpg

Smoked some back strap for lunch with a reverse sear.

Finally started surgery on his 110, the gear stick will rotate 360 degrees, it's not supposed to. Figured out why, just got to figure out how to fix it.

He did a little work with the mill, while he was on it I had him drill some holes for some braces on the new shed.

Macy is the honorary shop cat, she was laying under the stove yesterday, it still had a little heat in it.

Boiled some antlers while working on other stuff, they came out nice and ready to hang up.

I worked with a guy when I was in HVAC and we were going to a job one day, I was looking out the window and he slammed on brakes and threw me in the dash. I said what are you doing? He said "there was a squirrel in the road". I said you shoot them behind your house when given the opportunity :smack:

He wasn't the sharpest crayon in the box.
